ABOUT US
MAC GmbH was founded in 2003 by Markus Albert in Switzerland. In the company development this was extended by MAC GmbH in Germany. The many years of cooperation between Markus Albert and Andreas Roll led to the succession of MAC GmbH 2023 as MAC GmbH Deutschland by Andreas Roll.
A team of selected, highly experienced experts and specialists is committed to selected and demanding projects in the mechanical engineering and foundry industries worldwide. Our high quality standards and our enormous expertise in the foundry, forging and mechanical engineering industries make us a reliable and unique partner worldwide for the many challenges of the future.
The owners and employees of MAC GmbH Deutschland attach great importance to a professional and cooperative partnership. You, as our customer, are therefore an essential part of the joint project team. Our teams are individually assembled based on the respective project specifications to ensure that the right knowledge is available in the right place at the right time.
The use of our expertise in worldwide projects over many years allows us to have a very good market overview of the manufacturers and suppliers of plants and machines as well as raw and auxiliary materials. Our absolute vendor independence guarantees optimal project results and flexible solutions. Thanks to transparent and excellent cooperation with the best suppliers, we find the technically best and economically optimal solution for each project.
We therefore also work with recognized universities of applied sciences on selected projects to develop innovative technologies and find new approaches to solutions so that we are also ready for future challenges such as Industry 4.0. In recent years, we have implemented the following projects with the TU Bergakademie Freiberg in Saxony and the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland:
- Sensor for measuring sand values in bentonite-bonded sands, directly on the pattern plate and in the molding process, which enables direct feedback to the sand mixer for the next sand mixture
- Casting of thin-walled aluminum and steel castings for special components in wall thicknesses from 2.5 to 3.5 mm in aluminum and 1.8 to 3.5 mm in steel
- Reduction of cooling time of castings from 1 to 120 t by 50% during solidification and cooling, thus reduction/avoidance of annealing operations
We like to take unconventional paths and accept challenges that are not commonplace, so that your project can be realized.
